La XXI Temporada de Zarzuela de Oviedo arranca con la representación de 'El Juramento', del navarro Joaquín Gaztambide. La obra, "con elementos tanto de ópera como de zarzuela", se representará los días 27 de febrero y 1 y 2 de marzo en el Teatro Campoamor de Oviedo y será la primera de cuatro representaciones.Fue presentada en el Salón de Té del Teatro Campoamor. Al acto asistió la concejala de Educación y Cultura, Inmaculada González; el director musical, Miguel Ángel Gómez; el presidente de la Fundación musical Ciudad de Oviedo y de la Capilla Polifónica Ciudad de Oviedo, Francisco González Álvarez-Buylla; la soprano, Sabina Puértolas y lso barítonos Gabriel Bermúdez y David Menéndez.
