Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenkovic started his official visit to Romania this evening.
All the members of Romanian Cabinet were also invited to the dinner hosted by the Romanian Prime Minister Viorica Dancila in honor of the Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković.
The Croatian official's visit takes place in the context of the intensification of the bilateral relations over the past years, as well as the membership of both states to the same Trio of the Presidency of the Council of the EU. The primary goal of the meeting is strengthening political and economic cooperation, as well as identifying new areas of cooperation at sectorial level.
The Croatian Prime Minister’s visit shows the desire to strengthen and diversify cooperation as partner states in the EU and as allies within NATO on the main topics of shared interest of the regional and European agenda.
